Orders 
Your orders can be submitted by fax or e-mail. Fax: 020 - 316 34 24 or e-mail: cs@st.nl.
However, we need certain information before your order can be processed. Please remember that it may take time to obtain this information. Our staff are happy to send you an order form, which you can complete and return via fax or e-mail.

Malfunctions 
Malfunctions may be reported 24 hours a day, 7 days a week – just call Customer Service on 0800 - 657 0 657, from abroad: +31 20 4053384. You will be put through to one of our engineers who specialises in resolving technical problems.

You may also ask for technical support by contacting our staff via cs@st.nl
This may concern:
- Questions about the functionality of our services. 
- Requesting information from the administration department. 
- Enquiring about the status of an ongoing order, malfunction report or one of the aforementioned points.
- Cancelling a contract.
- Suggestions for improving the service.
- Enquiries concerning your invoice.

ST focuses a lot of effort and pays considerable attention to the services provided, and aims to maintain good relationships with its clients. Should you be dissatisfied, for any reason, please let us know. Your opinion provides valuable input and helps us to improve our services to our customers.
If a complaint originated some time ago it is more difficult to retrieve all the necessary information, so please contact us as soon as possible if you have a complaint. You can use the contact form to send us your comments or complaint. Once this has been received we will contact you within 24 hours.
