Schiphol Telematics B.V. (ST) heeft een samenwerkingsovereenkomst gesloten met haar Franse branchegenoot Hub Télécom SA. Deze gespecialiseerde telecomoperators zijn beiden actief in ondermeer de luchtvaartmarkt en leveren voice, data en managed services. De bedrijven zullen een gezamenlijke produktportfolio afstemmen en ontwikkelen waarmee bestaande en nieuwe markten en klanten bediend zullen worden. Hierbij valt ondermeer te denken aan RFID oplossingen (Radio Frequency IDentification), geografische plaatsbepaling en mobiel breedband.
 
Deze overeenkomst versterkt de breder ingezette samenwerking tussen Schiphol Group en Aéroports de Paris, respectievelijk de aandeelhouders van ST en Hub Télécom.

Schiphol Telematics BV (ST) entered into a collaboration agreement with Paris based Hub Télécom SA. Both specialized telecom operators are active in similar lines of business: aviation markets. Both companies offer voice, data en managed services and will optimize their current productportfolio as well as jointly develop new services. Identified areas of cooperation are amongst others RFID solutions (Radio Frequency IDentification), geographic positioning systems and mobile broadband. Through this both companies aim to be better positioned to serve their current customers and jointly target new markets.
 
This agreement reinforces the recently announced collaboration between Schiphol Group and Aéroports de Paris, the respective shareholders of ST and Hub Télécom.
